The Role
We’re looking for a Sr. Product Manager who is passionate about cybersecurity, data, and building category-defining products. As one of the early members of our product team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping product strategy, defining features, and working closely with engineering, design, sales, and customers. This is a unique opportunity to help drive innovation in an emerging cybersecurity category and have a direct impact on our company’s trajectory.
What You’ll Do
Drive the product roadmap for core DSPM & AI security capabilities — from data discovery and classification to risk analysis, compliance, and remediation.
Partner with engineering to define and deliver high-quality features that solve real customer pain points.
Collaborate with sales and customer success to capture customer feedback and translate it into product requirements.
Stay close to the market — analyze competitors, trends, and evolving regulations to inform product strategy.
Craft clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
Drive alignment across stakeholders to ensure product launches are successful end-to-end.
Champion the voice of the customer within the organization.
What We’re Looking For
3–6+ years of product management experience (cybersecurity, cloud security, or data products preferred).
Strong technical foundation — comfortable working with engineering on complex backend systems, APIs, and cloud environments.
Knowledge of data security, DSPM, data governance, or adjacent security markets (DLP, CSPM, IAM, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a start-up environment: bias for action, adaptability, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to make complex concepts clear and compelling.
Track record of shipping impactful products and driving measurable outcomes.
